Shipping Policy
Standard Free Shipping
Your purchases will be neatly packaged and dispatched via FedEx within 24 hours. In most cases, freight shipments are delivered within two days. Once your order has been sent, we will notify you via email with the tracking number and expected transit time. Please include any specific delivery instructions when placing your purchase.
Transit Times – Expedited Shipping
FedEx typically delivers within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the distance from our NC facility. If necessary, we will make every attempt to deliver your things to you on schedule. Expedited shipping, such as overnight air, can be quoted and charged to your order.
Freight Shipping
We employ a variety of freight carriers for things that are too large or heavy to transport via FedEx. Generally, transit timeframes are comparable to FedEx.
The delivery provider will notify you by phone at least 24 hours before your motor freight delivery. When the freight dispatcher reaches you, please confirm your delivery address. They will arrange for an approximate delivery time. Make sure you have the assistance you require, as most carriers are only required to deliver “curbside”.
NOTE: If no one is home when delivery is attempted, you will be charged for re-delivery. Please ensure that someone is there at the delivery address to accept the order.
If your home is not accessible by delivery truck, we may have to bring your item to the next accessible place, and it is your obligation to arrange for pick-up and transportation to your home.
We’ve sent thousands of hunting trophies safely. Although damage claims are uncommon, they can occur, and your products are covered for freight damage. Please be prepared to evaluate your order once it comes. When dealing with automotive freight, you may need to open the cartons to inspect for transit damage. Please do not sign the bill of lading until you are reasonably certain the things were delivered in acceptable condition. Once you sign the bill of lading, you become the product’s legal owner, and we cannot pursue a damage claim. This is the standard for all trucking companies. If you detect any damage, please tell us immediately via phone or email. You must sign the bill of lading and provide a remark explaining the damage you see. We will gladly process the claim on your behalf and dispatch a new product to you as soon as feasible.
If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for all freight expenses and restocking fees, unless the item is damaged. If you refuse delivery or cancel your order while the product is in transit, your refund will be reduced by both the freight charges and the restocking fee.
